TerraNet (the "Service") is a disaster risk visualization service operated by Tennis Collective OĆ (the "Company"). The Service calculates disaster risk scores based on publicly available government data and provides them as reference information. The information provided does not replace professional judgment, and users should make their own final decisions regarding disaster preparedness.
2. Handling of Address Information
We recognize that the address information you enter constitutes personal data. In our Service, address information is used solely for calculating risk scores and is not recorded or stored on our servers. After the search is completed, address data is immediately discarded.
3. Paid Reports and Refund Policy
Paid PDF reports are delivered immediately as digital content upon completion of payment. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds cannot be provided after payment has been completed. Please review the risk overview of the target address on the free score page before purchasing. Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
4. Disclaimer
The risk scores and reports provided by this Service are reference information based on publicly available government data and do not guarantee accuracy or completeness. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from information provided by this Service. For accurate assessments of disaster risk, please consult disaster prevention experts or local authorities.
5. Changes to Terms
The Company may modify these terms as necessary. Updated terms become effective upon posting on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
